You have a few options:

Because of the way Airtable subscriptions are billed, you will be billed for my Airtable subscription (single subscription) once I have access to bases on your account required to manage the client portal site. This fee will be credited to you every month.
What happens after you sign on?
We run through how your firm is working in more detail.
Provide me with your excel docs, word docs, templates, PDFs, etc of all the various elements I need to transfer to the new system.
Your base system is delivered within two weeks from this date.
Your team gets a pre-recorded one-hour crash course so everyone can start using it right away. Keep the recordings and whenever a new hire is onboarded, they have what they need to get started.
Each month, we can run deeper learning sessions so the rollout feels easy and never overwhelming.
I’m available anytime to support team members as they get comfortable.
Over the 3-month onboarding period, I continuously tailor and refine your systems to match how your firm truly works.
After 3 months, you can either continue on with another plan (noted above) or move the databases into your own Airtable account and keep everything running smoothly on your own.
What software is absolutely required?
You might be asking -> I'm now paying for the system on my own, what do I actually need?
Airtable - Required for system to function
Zapier - Might be required depending on your specific system / integrations. Most of the time, Zapier is free, but certain connected apps are only available on the paid plan. Contact me for more details if you need clarity.
Tally.so - Not required, nice to have.
DocsAutomator - Not required, nice to have. Most PDF tools I share do not require this subscription.
Client portal - This is not an external software, this is custom built. Ongoing subscription is noted above.
