Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to anyone using a client portal, hosted application, automation, or other service on househousesystems.com or its subdomains (the “Services”). It supplements our Terms of Use and any Client Agreement. If you breach it, we may suspend or terminate your access.
1. Lawful and authorized use only
Use the Services only for lawful business purposes and only within the scope your organization has been granted.
Do not access, or attempt to access, data, records, bases, workspaces, or accounts belonging to another organization or user.
Do not share login credentials or private portal links outside your organization, unless your Client Agreement permits it.
2. Security
You must not:
probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or any connected platform without our written authorization;
bypass or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, permissions, or access controls;
intercept, monitor, or capture data not intended for you;
introduce viruses, malware, scripts, or automations designed to disrupt the Services or exfiltrate data;
use the Services to attack, overload, or interfere with any third-party system.
If you discover a security vulnerability, report it to [SECURITY/PRIVACY EMAIL] rather than exploiting or publicizing it.
3. Content
You must not upload, store, or transmit content that:
infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights;
contains personal information you are not authorized to share;
is defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or hateful;
violates export control, sanctions, or anti-corruption laws;
contains malicious code.
You are responsible for the content you and your users place in the Services.
4. Automations, integrations, and API use
Where the Services expose automations, scripts, API endpoints, or integrations:
use them only in the manner documented or agreed;
respect rate limits and usage quotas of the underlying platforms (e.g. Airtable, Teable, Google, AI providers);
do not use them to bulk-extract data for use in a competing product;
do not connect them to third-party systems that would breach those systems’ terms.
Excessive or abusive usage that degrades the Services for others may be throttled or suspended.
5. AI features
Do not use AI features to generate content that is illegal, deceptive, harmful, or that infringes others’ rights.
Do not attempt to extract system prompts, model weights, or training data, or to circumvent safety controls of any AI provider.
Review AI outputs before relying on them. They are not professional advice.
6. Resale and competitive use
Do not resell, sublicense, white-label, or make the Services available to third parties, and do not use the Services (or their designs, schemas, workflows, or templates) to build or help build a competing product, unless a written agreement with us expressly allows it.
7. Monitoring and enforcement
We may monitor usage of the Services to ensure compliance, maintain security, and improve performance. We may remove content, throttle usage, suspend accounts, or terminate access for any breach of this policy, and may report unlawful activity to authorities.
8. Reporting
To report misuse of the Services: [PRIVACY/SUPPORT EMAIL].
