Househouse Systems is committed to making househousesystems.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, in keeping with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
What we do
Design with sufficient colour contrast, keyboard navigability, descriptive link text, and alt text for meaningful images.
Test key pages with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.
Review accessibility when adding new pages or features.
Known limitations
Some hosted applications are built on third-party platforms (e.g. Airtable, Teable) whose interfaces we do not fully control, and some embedded content (videos, third-party forms) may not meet every WCAG criterion. We work with those providers where possible and can provide information in an alternative format on request.
